S&P 500 Futures--- The S&P 500 futures in the December contract has traded higher for the 6th straight session hitting another all-time high in today's trade reacting pretty neutral off of the FOMC meeting stating that they will raise interest rates by 1/4% this year and possibly raise it up to 4 times next year, but that has already been reflected into the price as higher interest rates are not perceived as negative.

Have You Answered A Margin Call ?

in Blog

TRADING THEORY---Never answer a margin call because you are probably over trading and most likely the position is going against you and probably have lost much more than 2% on that trade.

Never allow this to happen to you because you always want to have sufficient margin in your trading account just in case the exchange raises margin and that will not force you out of the position.
