Keep A Close Eye On Gold

Gold Futures--- Gold futures in the August contract settled last Friday in New York at 1,256 an ounce while currently trading at 1,256 in a pretty uneventful trading week as I'm not currently involved in this market, but I'm looking at a possible short position in next week's trade.

Natural Gas Continues Bearish Momentum

Natural Gas Futures--- Natural gas futures in the July contract settled last Friday in New York at 3.03 while currently trading at 2.93 down about 10 points for the week as I have been recommending a short position from the 3.17 level as I have been involved in this market for quite some time as prices have stalled out in recent days.

I Am Still Bullish The Dow Jones

Dow Jones Futures---The Dow Jones in the September contract is up 6 points this Thursday afternoon in Chicago currently trading at 21,381 in a very nonvolatile trading manner as this is the only commodity that I am bullish at the present time as all my trade recommendations are to the downside except for the stock market as I still think higher prices are ahead.

Hogs Look Like A Sell

Lean Hog Futures---Lean hog futures in the October contract is currently down 80 points at 69.00 as I'm now recommending a short position while placing the stop loss at 70.10 risking around $500 per contract plus slippage and commission as prices hit a 6 week low on June 16th only to rally substantially as I'm hoping a top has been formed.

Live Cattle Prices Hit 8 Week Lows

Live Cattle Futures---Live cattle futures in the October contract is trading lower for the 2nd consecutive trading session down 135 points currently trading at 111.65 as I'm not involved in this market, however I am looking at a short position once the chart structure improves as prices are at 8 week lows.

Will Natural Gas Follow Crude Oil Lower ?

Natural Gas Futures---Natural gas futures in the July contract is unchanged this Tuesday afternoon in New York currently trading at 2.89 as I have been recommending a short position from around the 3.17 level & if you took the trade place your stop at the 10 day high which has been lowered to 3.08 as next week we will have to roll over into the August contract due to expiration.

How High Is The Stock Market Going ?

Gold Prices Hit A 3 Week Low

Gold Futures--- Gold prices settled last Friday in New York at 1,271 an ounce while currently trading at 1,256 down about $15 for the trading week topping out at the 1,300 level as the Federal Reserve announced that they raise interest rates a ¼ point and plan on raising interest rates further down the road sending gold prices to a 3 week low.

My Consolidation Theory--Look At Cotton & Corn

There are different theories about how long does a meaningful consolidation has to last before you enter a trade ? In my opinion I always want to see a consolidation that lasts at least 8 or more weeks before I would consider entering.
