Is That A Triple Bottom In Oats ?

Oat Futures--- Oat futures in the March contract finished up 2 cents at 2.51 a bushel right near a 3 week high as I have not traded this commodity for quite some time, but it looks to me that a possible triple bottom may have been formed around the 2.40 level as I will be looking at a bullish position if prices break the 5 week high of 2.57 as the chart structure will start to improve on a daily basis therefore lowering the monetary risk.
